"Very nicd hotel in downtown Richmond. Close to many good restaurants, and some fast food chains. The property si very clean and the staff is very professinal and courteous. This was just a three-night trip, but I'd come back and stay again at the OMNI."

"I was able to check in several hours early, the staff was super friendly and gave restaurant suggestions and a map of town. Building and room was clean and secure. Had a very pleasant experience. Definitely recommend."

"The staff was exceptional, great hospitality! The room had several minor issues, shower door didn’t stay closed, vanity was missing a leg, power bank on one side of the bed didn’t work, a random ballon was on the ceiling(granted we didn’t notice it one of the staff did while trying to get the power bank to work) bar and restaurant was out of multiple items."

"For the price we paid, the amenities did not meet our expectations. Breakfast was not included, and not even complimentary bottled water was provided. There was no on-site parking available, so we had to park on the street. Additionally, the beds were very small and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, we expected a much better experience for the price"

"We were there for 6 nights our beds were never changed there was blood splatter on the bathroom wall, rust all in the shower. Trash was only taken out once and no liners in trash cans. We had to go to customer service 4 times to get our own towels, wash clothes and toilet paper. Room was never vacuumed or swept the sink was dirty when we arrived and there was hair all over the floor. Only one elevator worked and the parking garage leaked all over when it rained. "We were disappointed that there was not sufficient towels or wash cloth when we arrived in the room. Also, no soap to shower. One large bottle of lotion by the sink which I have never seen in any of your hotels, instead of a bottle of soap to wash your hands. That should be changed because future guys will automatically think that is soap to wash their hands, since it sits right by the sink. Madness. "Had absolutely no hot water to shower with and our comforters on both beds had questionable stains on them. Extremely disappointed with my stay here. Unfortunately, I would not stay at this location again."

"My flight got cancelled so i had to book a room for a night. The pictures online make it seem so updated and modern. So I reserved this hotel. In reality, the hotel is old and outdated. It looks like they are trying make renovations, but its not even close. The hotel is dark and smells like musty carpets. The dining area was presentable, but the waitresses were not friendly. It was almost if I was bothering them when I asked what was good the eat. The food itself was ok but nothing great...

"Jeffrey was the best host. This is a beautiful property which is obviously lovingly maintained. The building is so pretty and has multiple sitting areas outside of your room (which was also great). I have dietary restrictions and Jeffrey and others made sure to have snacks for me to enjoy during the wonderful nightly happy hours and delicious options for breakfast. This area was also fun to explore and Jeffrey gave us very good pointers on where to go."
