"Love this property and stay every time we are in Richmond. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The property is on a great location and it’s beautiful. The bar and restaurant and room service are all great too!"

"Super cute and quirky hotel located in the heart of Richmond. Walking distance to Pearly’s which is a top breakfast restaurant and several coffee shops. Parking is convenient but a little pricey. Would absolutely stay again"

"There was only 1 elevator working the whole weekend. All of the guests were discussing it as we left today. Apparently, people were riding up with their luggage just to have an option at getting in with enough room to go down during checkout. At some points, there were 30 minute waits!"

"Perhaps this is a more general hotel thing cutting corners and not including stuff that used to be standard but there is basically no housekeeping. They change towels (no fresh linens, no cleaning) every other day. Literally we got new towels and a roll of toilet paper. Supposedly if you stay a week they clean the room. I’m sure it saves them a ton of money but the savings sure don’t seem to be passed on to the customer. We could have used the floor vacuumed but not gonna happen! There...
