"Everything was great"

"Diamond and Andy were so welcoming at front desk. They explained many things to us and apologized for the problems we had with valet. We were going to complain about the valet and the prices but they explained it is a better deal than going across the hotel to public parking. The room was great. Full kitchen with regular fridge, dish soap and sponge and dishes forls and knives. Coffee maker in room. We felt very safe. Hotel was vety clean. Breakfast was ok. If we had .ore time we would have walked around the area to the local.park and canal walk. Close by. I would recommend this hotel. "

"Our key did not work with 3 trips from lobby to 4th floor. A very kind front desk worker came with us on the 3rd attempt to see what was wrong. He enlisted an unapologetic manager to finally determine that maintenance was required. I asked if we could get a drink voucher or something to compensate us for our inconvenience. She said she had "run out of drink chips." "

"Probably the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We were in Richmond for a meetup with a bunch of college buddies and spouses. Totally blown away as soon as we drove up to hotel. And even more impressed after we entered. Staff was wonderful and attentive. Fabulous shower. Highly recommended. "
