"Beautiful, clean room, and the view of the marina was wonderful. It was very expensive, and there were no other dining options except the downstairs restaurant, which was also expensive. Also, the room was kept too cool for me, and the thermostat never warmed. Even the hair dryer did not warm up!"

"This was the best hotel stay experience I have ever had. I typically stay at a Hilton branded hotel, so didn’t know what to expect at Pinnacle. They exceeded any and all expectations! First off, our cruise ship dropped us off at 10:30 in the morning. We brought our luggage to the hotel fully expecting to just see if we can leave it while we went to explore Vancouver. To my pleasant surprise they had a room ready for us to check into. This may not be possible for all guest but appreciate that the hotel staff at least made the effort to see if we can check in early. Other chains just tell you a time with no exceptions. Secondly, the Porter staff were so helpful and friendly. I didn’t know porters would be there to bring our luggage to the room. That was wonderful. Thank you! Third, their hotel restaurant served excellent food (P2B) and we were served by excellent waiting staff. If we ever make it to Vancouver again we’ll be staying at Pinnacle Hotel at Harbour Front!"

"The hotel is very dated, when you enter the main entrance, you think it's a nice hotel, but the rest is like a labyrinth, hard to find your room, old dated carpets and decor, very dark and uninviting. The room was just as bad as the hotel itself. I wanted to change rooms, but the front desk, wasn't having it. The only good thing about this hotel is the amenities, a Denny's, Chop and a gym, and also the approximaty to the airport."

"Location excellent. Staff friendly. Unfortunately the so-called engineering team let the property down. The air conditioning is centrally controlled and the premium room we were in was set at 21 degrees with no input from the room controls. When reported 3 times the next day it finally came good at 4pm, only to be reset at 1am back to freezing again. Another round of visits to the front desk and management and assurances it would be fixed. It was for another few hours and then, bingo, the 1am reset back to freezing air. Stay away. There is a lack of care and only frustration to be had at this property…."
