"For our purposes this was the ideal location for business and visiting family. We have stayed in Aloft properties before and expected minimalism, but... only four hangers? And there was no housekeeping service during a five-night stay. I had to ask for towels on the third day, that were delivered while we were out, but dirty towels were not picked up nor was the bed made (ever). :( The indoor pool is great, and the bar/lounge area is very nice but general hotel experience was lacking."

"Bed was a little firmer than I like. The shower door didn't stay closed without sticking a washcloth in it and was missing a handle.. the staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was decent. The basic hotel breakfast. Pool was nice a little chilly but my grandkids had fun in it."

"Staff and services were all excellent. No breakfast included but there are lots of restaurants nearby if you don’t want anything at the on site restaurant/breakfast buffet. The facilities are up to date and clean. There is plenty to parking as well."

"Clean, some updating has been done. Great value for the money, kitchen comes with silverware, dishes, glasses, a couple pans , full size fridge and lots of storage. Has an electric two spot cooktop, microwave and dishwasher. No frills hotel that gets the job done for a good price. Quiet location just off the interstate, several restaurants nearby."

"Nice, basic long-term stay hotel. In a very nice area right off the interstate. Was built fairly recently so it was a little more run down than I expected in some areas. Part of the counter laminate in my room was coming off and the walls/stairs were dinged up. Fitness room has a couple treadmills, an elliptical and functional trainer/cable machine with weight stacks but there was no bench, dumbbells, or mats which was disappointing. "First hotel I’ve been in where u have to request housekeeping. Receptionist never told us we needed to request housekeeping when we was checking in. So for the 5 days my self and my family was there, our room never got cleaned."

"The room was not as clean as I would've expected. The bathroom had a handful of hair in the shower and the grout needs replaced. There was a mystery stain on the stairs and crumbs on the couch. And I woke up to the TV glitching like crazy. The staff checked me in, but nothing particularly special about that. Not very satisfying considering the price."
