"The hotel was decent. It could use an upgrade in certain areas. The pool was perfect after a hot day touring. The free breakfast was nice. Location is good, especially if you do not want to be in the center of major activity. It has free massage chairs which was a nice treat after a day of walking."

"Considering location and price, Kasa was a no brainer. The process of checking in was literally seamless and non invasive. Getting responses to questions we had was easy and prompt as can be. Beautiful rooms, I felt like we got to experience what living in downtown Nashville might be like (compared to just getting a hotel). Location is great and walkable to Broadway and other cool spots. ABSOLUTELY reserve parking through Kasa rather than figuring it out on your own. They offer better rates than anywhere we could find. 10/10 stay and if you haven't been to Nashville yet you will love it here!"

"Perfect location. Walkable to nearby attractions. Friendly staff. Laundry washing and drying facilities in the unit. Great amenities such as stove coffee and code maker. The downside is the hot water didn’t get hot enough tor shower."

"Very clean and comfortable. Loved the amenities like the rooftop pool and the gym. There are a couple distilleries nearby and it’s not far from a BCycle electric bike rack. The wait times for Rideshare and Waymo were a bit long at times but it was worth it."

From the customer service at the restaurants, poolside, coffee bar, and front desk to the valet team, everyone was exceptional. They went above and beyond to help our large group navigate and enjoy Nashville. A special thank-you to Greg, Jordan, Kayla, and Bianca—and my apologies to those whose names I didn’t get to remember. "Knights Inn Nashville isn't overly fancy, but my room was clean, the bed was comfortable, there was a working refrigerator, the air conditioner worked well (amid some very hot Nashville weather!), the daily breakfast was decent, and the shower was hot and had good pressure. Those are all the important things to me, so -- I was satisfied with my experience!"
