"Property and the rooms are architecturally impressive and well maintained. Front desk staff with one exception were very unprofessional. We arrived after 11 pm and were told to sit in reception for 1/2 hour due to a “software glitch”- in reality (this was later admitted) the hotel was overbooked. "We loved the area of this property. We could walk everywhere and the neighborhood was safe and welcoming. The beds were sooo comfortable and lots of great personal touches. It was a bit tough to find (for future guests, you are looking for an upstairs unit) but once we settled in all went very well."

"The room and the bathroom were clean the moment we walked in. The view from the 11th floor was everything. I will definitely stay here again. The only downside was the parking. $45/day for valet"
