"I’m real easy going, simple, and easy to please, but my stay here was less then subpar.. so much so I actually feel inclined to leave a review. Staff were incredibly rude, dismissive, and uninterested in doing their job. We were traveling with toddlers and with a late arrival at 11PM just wanted to watch some TV in the room and take a warm bath after a whole day of traveling. Neither amenities worked. Went to watch a movie on our phone and the wifi was also useless. When I confronted the front...

"The hotel and staff were nice. The room didnt have shampoo and conditioner, so that was unfortunate. The breakfast room was also very hot and the offerings were slim. Otherwise it was just one night and was a nice stay!"

"The property looks very clean on the outside in pictures but the exterior walls have not been cleaned in a very long time. The lobby to check in was very clean. The room was very clean as well. Very well stocked with towels, washcloths, and hand towels. It was very aggravating to get the luggage to the room with the cart as you have to go to the other end of the building for the elevator and go through 2 hallways and doors and maneuver thru very narrow hallways. "We enjoyed our stay, especially because Carter, our little doggie, was allowed. The rooms were nice and spacious for what we needed. The staff was very friendly. I think I lost my earbuds there but eat unable to reach anyone to find out."

"This property is old but provided updated amenities. Walls are not very well insulated so noise was an issue. The location was across the street from a park and within sight of the Mackinaw Bridge."

" Place is old and tired. some room lights didn't work. TV was useless. Door locks to balcony broken years ago. No in room microwave. Room front door impossible for my wife to open or close tightly, misaligned. balcony covered in cob webs and very old and very cheap patio furniture. Balcony light not working. Balcony can be entered from oner rooms making your room very easily broken into due to busted locks on sliding doors. Rooms are not secure."

"Easily accessible parking. No wait time at the front desk. Our nighttime latch was broken when we arrived, notified the staff and stepped out to eat. It was fixed when we came back to the room. Worth every penny. Convenient to docks and walking distance to shopping district."

"Being right on the beach was amazing. The buildings are very out dated and worn, but clean. However, You can tell that they are trying there best to update the rooms. Considering the price it was well worth staying here."

"The hotel was ok. The staff was fantastic. The breakfast was always hot and plentiful. The only thing about the hotel was it was extremely noisy. The air conditioner and the bathroom fan was like a freight train coming through. Other than that everything was good. I would stay there again."
