"I thought the property mentioned it was 6 minutes from Bryce Canyon. It was not but it was about 12 miles or so from the entrance. Still a fairly good location. The room was clean and the property with only 4 rooms was cute. The walls were thin and you could hear loudly the upstairs toilet flush. I am fortunate as I always travel my sound machine to block out noise. The pillows were too fluffy for me causing my neck to hurt. The second night I used the extra blanket for my pillow. With all that...

"Wonderful property. Clean. Quiet. Comfortable. Great beds, linens and pillows. Slept great. Has a great coffee shop and a pizza place within walking distance. Close to everything so walking to places was quick. The staff were over the top helpful, kind and friendly. They went above and beyond to help us. We will definitely being staying at this property again in this future. We cannot recommend this property highly enough."

"Good location for visiting Bryce Canyon. Room was fairly clean not amazing but good enough for 1 night. Breakfast was ok but nothing spectacular. The shower was small and hard to use."

"Fun little place to stay. Beds were a little hard but worked for the night. Everything was clean inside. The grounds are bad though. There are stickers and weeds everywhere. My grandson got tons of stickers in his favorite blanket and we will have to throw it away. The blanket cost as much as a night stay. Pretty sad kid. A bit of weed maintenance and yard work would make this a great place to stay."

"This place is about 13 miles from Bryce Canyon National Park. We came on a clear night’s get and the sky was amazing. The beds were just ok but comfortable. The s’mores were great. I would come again."

"Very primitive property. Basically tents in a field. No shade, no cold water for showers. Very hot.Thankfully water levels low in Utah otherwise you would have to drive thru water to get to property."
