There was a little confusion about billing for an upgrade but Crystal was very friendly and professional; she helped to resolve the problem as quickly as she could with Mike (the manager, who is also friendly and cares about your satisfaction). "Room was clean. Shower was awesome! Furnishings and accessories are modern spartan, not accommodating longer duration stays. Under renovation construction at the time of this entry. Person in floor above was walking around a lot and noise carried through. Kept us up passed midnight. Could hear everyone come and go up the straits and along the walkway."
