"Room is small with no phone, No pool on property. service is bad. I needed towels, which i asked for a number of times, It was left on a chair outside my door later in the day. When i left on my last day i forgot my power plug for my computer and I called the office and was told no one is around and they can't go in the room. "We were extremely impressed . The refrigerator was not working and a new refrigerator was delivered to our rom immediately. It was a cold, rainy weekend and the cable went out and that too was restored within a few hours along with other motels in the area. Our stay from check in to checkout the entire staff was friendly and attentive. Far exceeded our expectation with the cleanliness and attentive staff."

"The Tropicana has been my go to hotel for many years, It's so close to the Boardwalk and I've never had a problem. Easy to book reservations on the Internet and the front desk/receptionist is always pleasant to deal with. There have been many updates to rooms over the years. One minor suggestion is to put a small shelf in the shower. Since there aren't bathtubs anymore, there are no places to put shampoo, conditioner, shower gels, etc. I think a self adhesive shelf could be easity attached...
