"We only stayed one night when travelling through, but wished we would have had more time to enjoy the horse riding and ziplines. The dinner and breakfast was prepared for us by wonderful staff, and they catered for vegan, vegetarian and carnivores in our family group, including our 2-yr old grandson. "We have a family member either celiac and were thrilled to find the entire hotel was gluten free. We thought it was beautiful and well maintained. We thought some of the adventure guides could have been better, but we otherwise loved our experience and would highly recommend the hotel."

"The staff was amazingly friendly, the food was wonderful and the only problem was in the steep climb to our room! A staff member took my bag to the room for me so all I had to do was get up there myself (luckily) I am sure younger people would not have a problem."

"Everything about this stay was perfect. The staff was helpful and attentive and they made it a point to know how glad they were that you were staying at their resort. As a warning you are in the jungle so expect bugs, animals, and other critters along with some noise in the morning but if you want to be close to nature, and have a great stay this is the best place we could’ve imagined for our honeymoon!"

"Even that the road to get there is not in amazing conditions, if you have a 4x4 - tall car is totally worth it! The place and the nature around it is amazing, you feel like a VIP the staff is amazingly friendly and the food is incredible, we had so much fun, so many things to do that time is not enough. The nature, the peace and the atmosphere is just incredible. 1000000% recommend it."

"Location is great - next to Santa Plaza - next to Walmart - next to Star bucks. Excellent breakfast - so many items in the breakfast - fresh fruits, continental and traditional breakfast items. They have Peacocks in the facilities. The Peacocks are very friendly and will roam around the tourists. Swimming pool, tennis court, volleyball court, nice hut style sitting tables. Just great."
