"Hotel itself, room, and food were all good, as was the location. Staff let it down though, we had numerous examples of service that was inconsistent with a 5 star hotel. Including dismissive attitude towards malfunctioning aircon, poolside staff that ignored you unless you walked up, and restaurant and bar staff that claimed tables were reserved, which then suddenly became available for us as we walked away."

"The staff was so nice and this hotel, it made me feel welcomed and right at home. The ac was great. The hot waster was hot and amazing and the pool was very nice too. The lobby had great snacks to order and 7-11 close in two directions…. Two of the staff that were amazing and very kind were Pop and Ying…. They both were excellent. Check in was fast and so was the check out. I will definitely be back to this location and now looking forward to trying more. Clean. Comfortable bed and nice soft towels and the pillows were amazing too. Very very good stay at this location. Massage places near by also I would recommend."
