"We love the location and large rooms and super helpful staff. We also love the bar and restaurant. This trip, we were so disappointed to find that the lobby lounge had been obliterated and converted to a high end restaurant… it had made the Lotte a particularly appealing hotel…and it made up for the somewhat dated decor."

"Small but clean rooms, lots of hot water and good water pressure, quiet both inside and from outside (I routinely stay on high floors so can't vouch for quiet for the lower ones), very helpful and friendly staff, close to restaurants, bars, public transportation, and theaters, and the rates are reasonable. There is free coffee 7-11a and breakfast foods for purchase."

"Small boutique hotel with loads of character. Room was clean. Window A/C during an August evening had to be set low to keep the room somewhat cool, just comfortable. Front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. Rather quiet for being so close to the busyness of the city. Close to everything we planned in Midtown."
