"I would have given this an excellent but the housekeeping staff knocked on my door at 10:30 am and I was on a zoom call. When I didn't answer she jusy walked in. I mentioned it to the front desk staff upon checkout just to let them know. I worked in hospitality for many years, so I realized that there may have been a miscommunication about checkouts.So it wasn't a big deal. "New hotel with an excellent inclusive breakfast menu. Very cheap, situated in Windermere, one of the newest neighbourhood in the city. Everything is brande new, and very clean, very important to a clean freak loke myself. Breakfast is made fresh everyday and a baried menu. An amazing stay at Holiday Inn Windermere."

"AC was not working had to visit 7 room at 1am in the morning to finally find one working. Staff was amazing in helping and quite a luck property was almost empty so plenty of room to visit to finally found one with working AC in it. Was quite a challenge for the poor guy at front desk. Hotel was aware of the issue prior to stay as AC unit were unplugged. They shouldn't accept reservation when they know it will be 28C in the room. That's not ok. Ill never reserve there anymore."
