"The menu was limited, expensive and some dishes were poor. The room “Brewery” was small, limited storage, no fridge, tired decor and UNBEARABLY HOT. However must commend the staff for working through the heatwave. Particular thanks goes to Courtney who was extremely helpful and friendly. "We loved residing next to the rushing Mill river. It was a unique experience and very soothing. We felt like we were living in the country and yet we could take a short stroll to the main street with various shops...each having unique merchandise.This was one of our best locations and accommodations during our year of traveling. The laundry room was extremely helpful. We can't say enough about the welcome, the help and the cottage itself.Our dog, Zoe, loved this place also!"

"The property was well positioned. The Cotswolds are BUSY, so it was great to have somewhere to stay out of the busyness. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was a great size (room 2). No aircon which was an issue in the latest heatwave. The staff did try to help by putting a fan in the room. We used the restaurant for dinner and there was a wide selection of choices. This can also be said about breakfast."

"The first room we were given was joined to a faulty and extremely noisy water pump, which kept us awake every hour during the first night. "Didn't get my cide to get into property had to call hotels.com. The stairs are very awkward with small children. Heating Didn't work correctly gor first three days. Kitchen needs more cutlery ( knife & spoon). "
