"We stay here everytime we have to take our son for care at Vanderbilt. We travel 5 hours and the staff are always friendly and accommodating."

"My husband stays there for work at least once a week. I make the reservations. He went to check in last night on April 21st and they said he had no reservation and refused him a room. He had the card he paid for the room and the information and they refused him. So he had to drive to another hotel and pay again. Horrible service after we have used them so many times"

"Hotels.com really messed up on this one. My husband and I have been traveling all day. We got to our reservation at 11 o’clock and they did not have the reservation. The hotel manager stayed with us for an hour trying to get through to Hotels.com to get the situation worked out. We ended up having to buy another room. I am trying really hard to get my money back from Hotels.com since we were not able to use this reservation and yet hotels.com had no problem taking our money."

"The entire experience was great. Lovely hotel. Comfortable bed, room, pillows, blanket. Everything was clean and in very nice condition. Would stay there again."

"Never even got to stay there. The customer service representative called me 30 minutes before checking in to the hotel to let me know they double booked and the only accommodation they could give me was sending me to their other location which was called in town suites on Bell Road. Motel is horrible with very little amenities. The smell of weed still lingers in my nostrils. I believe one gentleman runs a service repair shop out of the parking lot. I do not recommend staying with this company just spend the extra money and stay at a namebrand hotel."
