"Hotel was nice enough, but the floors were sticky. Beds were clean, bathrooms were fine, and the room had a decent kitchen. But there were no utensils, cooking equipment, dishes, or anything that would come in handy for using a kitchen."

"There may have been like 2 hairs in the bathroom but the excellent staff made up for my experience. The staff was excellent and I felt safe in this neighborhood which was pretty important for a solo traveller."

"The receptionist was very helpful with extra toiletries we needed, but our room had a very strong odor (humid) and it the restroom was poorly maintained. If you are in a budget this is it but if you are looking for comfortable stay I do not recommend especially with little ones."

"The room was generally clean--but there was a bad odor on the floor I stayed on and the threshold of my room smelled of cigarette smoke, despite the fact that it was a non-smoking room. The pool was being renovated. The breakfast was good. There was a huge crack in the bathroom counter in front of the sink and the shower nozzle had a mind of it's own sometimes, sliding up to hot-hot when I moved it to warm-hot. "We had an enjoyable three night stay at the Tru. It was a convenient location close to shopping, restaurants, and family. The only problem was that the last night my wife tripped in the parking lot over a parking block that was out of place cutting her hand in the process. Asking for first aid, a bandage, from a young lady worker, she paused and had me buy a package of bandages rather then just providing one for my wife. So please be aware of unattached parking blocks in the back parking area...

"I booked handicap accessible room that was very spacious, clean, and beds were so comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Continental breakfast was great for the two days we stayed."

"They did not have door stoppers, so the door knob went into the wall. The bathroom doors did not lock. The air conditioning was ah. The breakfast was literally just sausage, eggs and dry biscuits."
