"The staff are very helpful, the restaurant serves a fairly limited food and wine menu but the food is very good quality. It does not pretend to be a Gourmet venue, which is fine. The Stage is excellent value for money, with nice rooms and lovely staff. You will not be disappointed. 😃"

"On the whole enjoyed our one night stay. Property is lovely and our ground floor room was clean and warm. Only downside was black mold on the shower tray edge but the power shower was awesome.The breakfast room is nicely decorated and the food on offer was of excellent quality and well cooked.goos continental selection. Overall it is a lovely hotel and we would stay again."

"We all loved staying at the hotel, it was clean and great relaxed atmosphere. We stayed in a suite and whilst it was lovely and big and clean a few things needed attention! Door handle on toilet door was half hanging off, toilet flush was loose and the jacuzzi bath plug never worked, so therefore the water kept emptying away. Balcony could have done with a clean too. The only other problem is the hotel does not really cater for people that are gluten free! Could not have sausages, Hash browns at...

"Friendly welcome, check-in desk in an awkward place, feel like your in the way of the bar staff or customers queuing the bar. Causing an obstruction with suitcases for someone wherever you stand. Room spacious and clean, plenty of tea, cofee milk etc provided. Had dinner, which was good and even had a go at the quiz! Breakfast the following morning was ok. There seemed to be some sort of staff meeting going on at one part of the dining room, and so there wasnt much instruction on what to do with...

"The room was really clean, the staff were really nice and helpful, while I didn’t eat here the bar and dining area were super clean and looked beautiful. The whole place was decorated really nicely. In my room they even had a chair that was big enough for me to comfortably sit in which is rare given that I’m morbidly obese so it was a very pleasant surprise. Finally to say that I got the BEST night sleep of my life here is an understatement, when they say they have blackout curtains they mean it...

"Staff were always helpful and friendly. The bar and restaurant service was excellent as was the food and drinks. The only issues we had were in the room, where the net curtains were ripped, the bath panel was hanging loose and the enamel around the bath plug was chipped. But despite the negatives, overall I was happy with my experience at the Bull."

"Accessible room was perfect. I chose not to have breakfast so not able to comment on breakfast or bar area, because fir my visit I was visiting family and had lots of activities planned with them. Room was clean and the walk in shower in the accessible room so much better than trying to climb into lowered bath to have a shower. "

General lack of maintenance, in my bathroom the toilet roll holder was broken. Breakfast just about OK, cooked food very greasy and looked as if it had been there some time."
