"I think housekeeping did there job very well as far as cleaning the rooms, but considering the condition of the room/property it still gave you a unclean feeling. The property was not what I expected at all do not go by the picture on the website those are from opening day. So if what you need to do is close to there you will be ok. "The room was clean but they need to deep clean and just buy new sheets for the beds. It’s to many spots on them.
Also doors were dirty well the bathroom door was really dirty with spots and the shower needs to be cleaner, like the walls at the top of the ceiling. I had to kill spiders"

"The kitchen garbage disposal did not work, my power was out at my home so I decided to get a room and I bought $200 worth of groceries and wasn’t able to utilize the sink, I reported right away, I stayed for three days and no one ever came. Upon arrival some kids were left alone which cause a fire in the microwave so my first room was smoky and my clothes were smoky just from walking up the hall. "This hotel is a great location if you are visiting the Ford Museum. The staff is friendly. We ended up in a room where the fridge was not working. We reported it to the front desk and they immediately sent a maintenance man who checked it and within minutes replaced it. The response time was very impressive and appreciated. The hot breakfast option is great. It has a variety of items. Definitely worth the $5 charge.
On the flip side, although the hot tub was working only half the jets...
