"The hotel reached out prior to our arrival to ask if we had special requests. Communication was wonderful throughout the stay, with text messages offering housekeeping service when we still had our do not disturb light selected (no hanging paper signs on the doors here!) The linens were quite nice and crisp, and the selection of pillows was wonderful. I found the mattress a bit firm for my preference and they added a mattress topper. My husband and I went for our honeymoon -- it was nice to visit the sites and then stay here in the Business district. It was easy to catch the trolley right down the street. "

Loved the aesthetic appeal, the large soaking tub plus roomy shower equipped with rain shower head…never ran out of hot water when both were in use. Plus one of my favorite restaurants below the Inn, the Copper Vine, delicious food with gluten free options as well as great wine options & cocktails. Definitely a great place to stay & dine!"

"The room was clean, close to Mardi Gras parades and in a good location to walk to tourist attractions. All staff from front desk to bartender were very nice and pleasant. I had never stayed at a Cambria hotel before but definitely plan to in the future due to the great experience. Thanks for making our first time in New Orleans a great one!!!"
