"It was okay; we chose this hotel because of the water slides and it delivered on that. However, it struggled to deliver on key service elements that are common at other hotels in the area. My kids found 2 (different) pieces of plastic in their breakfast, one in the cheese and another one in the yogurt. They were very apologetic about it but the chances of that happening twice in the same table with two different products made us wonder about their QA. We could only get 1 dinner reservation...

"The resort itself was beautiful. Anthony was our favorite waiter on the resort. We gave a low score due to not being able to be in the main pool after 8pm and the only great restaurant on property (License to Chill) closes at 5. Room service was terrible except for the breakfast options. Also do yourself a favor and don't make reservations at JWB, choose Frank and Lola's. JWB was mediocre at best and the server was rude.
