"Great food, friendly staff, amazing vaycay! They def need to update and add more signs across the resort for more helpful directions tho lol it’s like a maze. Got lost almost almost every time i stepped out."

"Staff unfriendly at check in. Most places were not open. All rooms were rented had issues, chili g smoke detectors, that took two days to fix, broken phone, toilet and shower. Room decor for birthdays were not done, mine said happy honeymoon and I came solo. Just overall very dissatisfied with this resort. They need customer service help."

They asked to put the breakers back on. Then the air conditioning in one of the bedroom (where my daughter and her 2 girls were sleeping) wasn't working. Alfredo checked me in and was extremely kind, giving me recommendations for food and helping me get acquainted with the area.
