"The resort itself was average. the staff was very friendly and welcoming, food was good with many restaurants to choose from. All in all I wish I would have had a nicer room for the price I paid because mine was a little bit run down. The other couple we were with had a newly renovated room with more amenities for the same price."

"Breakfast was continental. Could order protein from the menu, which we did a couple times. We also had dinner one night and everyone’s meals were fantastic. An extra shout out of thanks to the front desk for assisting in finding us an “extra” private room to destress. And another shout out to all the staff, from security to cleaning. "We loved our stay here. The accommodations, grounds and staff were great, and the private beach was amazing. Because the shoreline faces south, we enjoyed watching spectacular sunsets from the beach every evening. That orientation also seems to protect the beach from being overwhelmed with seaweed, which can be a problem elsewhere. "Room was outdated but ok. TO BE CLEAR THERE IS NO BEACH ACCESS. IT IS A SMALL SAND AREA AND BEACH CHAIRS IN FRONT OF FISHING BOATS. POOL IS COLD AND CANT BE USED AFTER 8PM. THERE IS NO PARKING AND IF YOU WANT TO PARK YOUR CAR THERE YOU HAVE TO PAY THE METER, IT DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO PAY MORE THAN 6 HR AT A TIME AND IF YOU ADD MONEY IT DOES NOT EXTEND THE TIME IT STARTS OVER. THEY LOCKED MY WHEEL DESPITE PAYING TWICE AND IT IS VERY EXPENSIVE TO GET IT OFF. ALSO THE STAFF I BELIEVE TIPS OFF...

"This condo resort is an an excellent location in Playa del Carmen - right on the beach, beautiful pool and within walking distance to many restaurants. Rooms are well appointed and any issues we had were very quickly addressed by the concierge. Highly recommend this lovely spot!"

"Was very upset because it said no pets yet so many dogs woke me up barking. I had to bye my own toilet paper and had to wash towels because they had no extras. And before check out my door code was no longer working. I got wet trying to walk to my room from the sprinkler in mid afternoon."

"The condo unit was great. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit and it was fabulous to have so much space as a family and 2 bathrooms, which was gret with our teenage daughter!
