"Meals at the buffets were all wonderful. 3 are open for breakfast and lunch. One is open for dinner. We could not book reservations at other restaurants but they only had -4 tables being used. Could keep beach buffet open for dinner and be able to make reservations at check in. Pool could be open till 2200 for adults. The rooms (jr suite) was large, cool, comfortable. Beyond expectations! The staff All fantastic! Cart driver Eric showed us how to get around. Playa and pools Fantastic!!...

"The food at ALL the restaurants was really, really good! The entire staff worked hard and made us felt welcomed at all times! The overall property is HUGE but we love to walk around so it didn't bother us one bit, however, for those that don't like to walk a lot then you may have some issues here. Overall, we would recommend the El Dorado Royale and we will most likely return again! Mucha Gracias!!!"

"The room I was originally placed in was right next to a bar, so it was pretty loud the first night. However, the front desk was very helpful and moved me to another room without any issues, which I really appreciated. The rooms are very spacious more like a small apartment which made the stay even more comfortable. The location is also great and very convenient. Overall, I had a positive experience and would stay here again."

The breathtaking sunset views from the beach, coupled with the snorkeling, canoeing, and paddleboarding equipment, made for an unforgettable experience. "L'appartement est très bien, très propre et spacieux. Bien placé pour se balader à pied dans playa del carmen. La plage est accessible aussi à pied. A savoir, la piscine est toujours à l'ombre car elle est comme une rivière au milieu des 2 batiments principaux. Seul bémol est à l'arrivée, l'adresse de la réception n'est indiquée nulle part, j'ai mis 30 min à la trouver le soir à 21h. Le gardien de nuit a fini par m'accompagner."

"I loved this place, however it would be best if they could offer at least basic coffee in the morning so we don't have to wait until we go out to have coffee. Also, they could add a jacuzzi for the ones that loves relaxing on the jacuzzi like I do even when is very hot"

"The staff go above and beyond to make your stay worry free. They arranged transport for the airport and they also arranged a special dinner for a birthday celebration. They have so much to offer as far as dinners, beach clubs and more. This was our second time staying for 10 days and it won’t be our last. We requested the same room #8 which was so perfect for a couple. The hotel is very clean and they provide a nice little breakfast that will hit the spot and get you going for the day. "

"We came to Tulum for my daughter’s 20th birthday and we had a great time! The lighting was beautiful and dim when we arrived but we prefer brighter lights so we asked the host and he came and changed the light bulbs for us so that it would be brighter. Whenever we needed anything he was very prompt with great recommendations for everything. I would highly recommend!"
