"This is a really nice hotel. Glad I wasn’t deterred by the negative reviews. The hotel is secure, there is security on the premises and cameras all around. I felt safe. The staff were very helpful and friendly, even got a baby lizard out of our room lol. It’s close to everything, no more than 10-15 minutes away. "There is no beach view. Front desk staff was very nice. Kitchen staff seemed a bit annoyed at times. Food was ok. Room was done everyday but it was clean for the most part. Pool was cute however it was limited to 4 lounge chairs. Only thing that wasn’t good was that our door slammed every time we come in or out of our room. However I’d stay again."

"I was very pleased with the family condo I stayed in. It had everything we needed, was comfortable, complete kitchen, even a washer for the clothes. I was dissapointed when I learned at check-in that they come to clean only every 3 days and if you want clean towels outside of those days you need to pay 15 USD and order them 24 hs in advance. On top of that one of the days they were supposed to come to clean they did not come, did not replace towels, toilet paper, tissue, shampoo, ...

"This property was beautiful on the outside with a great pool scene. It is also conveniently located just steps away from Playa Mamita Beach and 5th Avenue. HOWEVER, internally, the room was quite run down and dirty. Many electrical outlets didn't work.
