"This hotel is absolutely stunning. Even though it feels like you are in the middle of the jungle, not one insect in our room. The cenote (natural pool) is breathtaking. They have free bikes to use and since the room is a beach town, it was walking distance to some of the most popular spots like Tantra Tulum Ilios the Greek restaurant, both are great scenes to party or enjoy company. The staff was spectacular and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and we will for sure be coming back."

The other factor it was that we have only afan for cooling and una place where the weather is over 30c at night that is well not good. "I had a great stay @ The Reef 28. The hydrotherapy @ the spa was exceptional, differently one of the highlights of my trip. The bed was very comfortable, the hotel was very clean, the food was really. It would be great if the pool area had more chaise lounge chairs. Folks with day passes took them early and stayed all day so I didn't get a chance to take advantage of that experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Beautiful resort. Suggest having options available for people who have later flights - i.e. more generous late checkout options or at least access to lockers and showers. Candidly, for the cost, the resort had limited things to do aside from sitting by the pool."

"The property lost power for our last evening. When we asked for water bottles they said they had none and the water would be fixed in a few hours, no water or power in the morning. No notice from the hotel. Also the rooftop amenity is not attached to the room. It also has no beach access, which isn’t super clear. Staff was not super helpful when asking for assistance with curtesy shuttles, giving differing and vague information. The website indicates they have a spa and a gym, but both are not...
