"Great trip! The resort was very clean & the staff was VERY helpful & sooooo nice!!! The entertainment staff makes a point to speak to everyone I think. The food was great! I want to point out the buffet. We all know buffet food is usually not the greatest but theirs was delicious! I Highly recommend this resort!"

"It’s a spectacular family friendly hotel in the heart of Tulum. Tulum doesn’t have big all inclusive resorts so the little extras at La Zebra make it special. This hotel's website uses words like peaceful and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the city We checked in during the Mexico/South Africa Fifa world cup opener. "Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean. Staffs were helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the seaweed overran the entire beach, which wasn't anyone's fault. It's a shame we weren't able to use the free kayaking or swim at the ocean. The swimming pool was a good substitute though. The road is horrendous though, so make sure you drive safely."

"This hotel was absolutely beautiful. Amazing staff ready and willing to help plan excursions, rent bikes/scooters, and their Partnering transportation service (5 stars as well). "Please beware of the "Resort Fees" I had to pay an additional amount and according to them it was resort fees, environmental fees, and service fee. At first I thought it was okay but then I remembered that is not what was on my Expedia paper and when I asked for more explanation they said I didn't pay it. "Staff were amazing, pool was great, the room was really cute. AC and the ceiling fan combo were great after spending time outdoor in the sun. We did have issue with AC dripping water but when I told the concierge Enrique, he took care of it right away and we had no issue afterwards.
