Hotel murah di Riviera Maya

"Check in experience was smooth broom was clean. Requested one additional bottle of water (was ready to pay) but it never arrived . Repost amenities and restaurants were good but lack of proper signs and posted direction for navigation in the resort. Checkout process was worst, had to stand for approx 50 Minutes with 2 little kids just to compete checkout and get wrist bands off. Staff’s attitude was subpar."

"They said free WiFi and there was no WiFi. They said safe box in the room and it didn’t work, towels were dingy and bed had stains and was old and rickety. I booked 9 nights yet only stayed one had to book another hotel and they refused a refund."

"Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean. Staffs were helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the seaweed overran the entire beach, which wasn't anyone's fault. It's a shame we weren't able to use the free kayaking or swim at the ocean. The swimming pool was a good substitute though. The road is horrendous though, so make sure you drive safely."
