"The hotel is beautiful and the pools were very clean and well maintained. The grounds were very well kept and they attempted to clean up the sargassum best they could given the circumstances. However, the food was far below expectation. We frequently struggled to find something to eat and items on the buffet were cold despite being there the second that it opened. Room service was sparse with only a few items to choose from- but they have an excellent app for ordering and seeing what was going...

"It’s a nice hotel if you want to relax and not do much. My only complaint was with this being my second solo all inclusive trip. I absolutely hate that they give you a tab after EVERY thing. I do not want to have to sign and tip after every drink or food I get. Definitely won’t stay again, that made the whole experience not enjoyable."

"Beautiful hotel on the beach. Staffs were really nice and restaurant was amazing. One thing I enjoyed and was thoughtful, room came with beach bag, cover-up and botanical bug spray. Beds were also very comfortable."

"Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean. Staffs were helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the seaweed overran the entire beach, which wasn't anyone's fault. It's a shame we weren't able to use the free kayaking or swim at the ocean. The swimming pool was a good substitute though. The road is horrendous though, so make sure you drive safely."

"Great location - steps from the beach and minutes from the main strip/restaurants etc. The unit was clean and just as advertised. The small pool was perfect for our young kids. The host was friendly and helpful - she provided beach chairs and toys upon request."
