"The rooms are nice and the staff friendly. The property is lovely but hard to navigate. The map is poor. Luckily you can get a golf cart to take you anywhere. Its hard to find activities at the resort. The personal concierge is only interested in getting you in to the timeshare high pressure sales pitch. The local beach is not inviting for swimming due to the concrete structures. The information about the facility does not adequately describe the fact that the only way to get to a beach where...

"Breakfast was continental. Could order protein from the menu, which we did a couple times. We also had dinner one night and everyone’s meals were fantastic. An extra shout out of thanks to the front desk for assisting in finding us an “extra” private room to destress. And another shout out to all the staff, from security to cleaning. You made a beautiful stay spectacular. THANKS"

"The pictures were taken a longtime ago. Kitchen was barely stocked with really low quality silverware and we had to keep washing because there were very few glasses. No TV in bedroom and not enough hot water to take a shower longer than 5 minutes"

"This condo resort is an an excellent location in Playa del Carmen - right on the beach, beautiful pool and within walking distance to many restaurants. Rooms are well appointed and any issues we had were very quickly addressed by the concierge. Highly recommend this lovely spot!"

"Acter waiting an hour to check in, they took us to a dirty room. Then we were told it was 150 to park, then when we went to park, it changed to 175. The staff refused to help. After leaving because we had no other option with the car and our stuff, we tried to have expida contact them, the emailed and called with no response for a partial refund. Save your money and avoid. Worst experience we have ever had. "

"J’ai séjourné dans cet établissement pendant 4 nuits. Dans l’ensemble, mon expérience a été correcte. Le lit était confortable, ce qui a rendu mon séjour agréable sur ce point, on avait accès à un atv payant aussi ce qui était plus facile pour nos déplacements. Cependant, j’ai été déçue par l’état des toilettes. Il y avait des odeurs de canalisation assez fortes et persistantes, ce qui était vraiment dérangeant au quotidien. Malheureusement, malgré notre signalement, l’hôtel n’a pas fait...

"found the door locks a challenge. Could have used a dish drying rack. TV channel selection was excellent..! When you first arrive, it is a little hard to find the front desk reception. Staff was excellent in responding to questions, as well as friendly. Great location, sound-proof, but close to 5th Ave. Very clean and well maintained. Good value. "

"Amazing stay at NaJ Boutique Hotel! The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located in Aldea Zama. The rooms are stylish, very clean, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The pool area is a great place to relax after exploring Tulum. Everything about the stay felt easy and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tulum. 🌴✨"
