"Never got to go under unfortunate circumstances, tried cancelling the reservation less than 24hrs from the confirmation but unable to speak to a representative because per agency the front desk was still closed, ended up charging me for 2 nights. Tried reaching out to a staff but they got back to me through message after 4hrs."

"We loved this property, the guest rooms were spacious and had everything that you might need. The pool area was clean and very relaxing. We loved that you could book your pool chairs . The service and staff were amazing, especially Mauricio at the front desk. Our concierge was lovely also. "This hotel is great if you are on a budget. The premium rooms have a mini fridge, mini split, small flat screen, a table and seating, and an outside table/chairs. We had a perfect view to the beach/pool/restaurant. The staff was very attentive. The hotel pool not so great! The tile is coming off and will cut your feet (my daughter, mom, and myself had cuts from the sharp tile that was coming off).
