"More selections for the self stock mini bar have the option to have them delivered to the room more fun activities throughout the week not just Thursday through Saturday we had to leave off the resort to find fun activities to do and we are not used to that with all inclusive resorts"

"The hotel is cute with the Tulum touch, a place to relax and enjoy nature. The cabins are well equiped, good a/c. The small beach area with the pool are a plus. Restaurant need to improve and have all the ingredients. I ordered 3 meals and they couldn't make it. Meal prices are high 20-30 usd and portions are small. Staff are great and ready to help anytime. People at the lobby are great and will give you good recommendations to make the best out of the Tulum experience. I would return if I...

"Everything was great except for the dinner reservation options. When we arrived we were told there were no reservations available for the next two nights at ANY restaurants. Zero. And the only one available on our third night was at 4:30pm which we took. Because of this we had to eat at a buffet on our wedding anniversary. Otherwise everything else was great."

"Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean. Staffs were helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the seaweed overran the entire beach, which wasn't anyone's fault. It's a shame we weren't able to use the free kayaking or swim at the ocean. The swimming pool was a good substitute though. The road is horrendous though, so make sure you drive safely."

"Great location right in town! Hotel located on a nice section of the beach which was cleaned everyday. Pool was refreshing. They have a restaurant attached to the hotel overlooking the beach. They have a fridge in the room. Beds comfortable. All rooms have beach view."

"We were a party of 6 adults requiring 3 rooms and ranging in age from 19 to 62. If you are not a fan of resorts and do not mind not being directly on the beach, then this place is for you. The accomodations are unique and well-maintained, the food is top-notch, the staff is friendly and approachable, and the location is convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. (We rented a 7-person car through Alamo.) Dinner on the night of our arrival was outstanding but expensive -- over $400...
