"We enjoyed the hotel, beautiful grounds, pool, and rooms. The food was excellent, the bar was good, but not the best mixed drinks. The only thing that I know was only caused by nature, was the seaweed on the beach which kept us from going there. Just the wrong time of the year. Taxis are very expensive"

"Fabulous stay in paradise. The pools were beautiful and I love how spread out they were. You have options. Fantastic swim up bars, very large. My complaints: The floor of the pool near ocean is very very rough on your feet and the seats at the swim up bar are very rough also. Makes it uncomfortable to sit and enjoy at the swim bar. "I was disappointed as this is advertised as a beach front hotel. Tjis is on the beach however it isn't accessible, and the seaweed was a big issue this season which isn't the hotel's fault but it did impact the stay and any time at the beach was unpleasant because of the piles and smell. My main complaint is the constant hustling done by staff. It starts as a guise to ask about your stay and turns into are you interested in membership. This happened daily and multiple times a day. "Great location - steps from the beach and minutes from the main strip/restaurants etc. The unit was clean and just as advertised. The small pool was perfect for our young kids. The host was friendly and helpful - she provided beach chairs and toys upon request."
