"Great place just be careful at the pool the bottom surface of the pool is really rough in spots and caused me to cut my foot wide open! Ended up getting a bad infection and had to go to hospital when I got home! Staff and food/drinks amazing! Staff could be better trained at first aid, but other than that it was a perfect trip!"

"Receptionist very helpful. For the hotel to be 6 years old it is not well kept up. We stayed in the presidential room with pool inside. The pool water was dirty not one days did we see or hear the pool cleaning system turn on. There are water bugs/ roaches. Outside pool was okay. Overall the place is out too lonely. We were a family of 10 and did not feel secure staying there. I if you are looking for a place to stay and not worrying able how it looks and location, then this is the place to...

"I liked the professional staff, well maintained overall, plus complimentary breakfast. If I had to complain it was a mechanical issue. The doors to each room were very solid and steel. The doors had spring hinges which would close door behind you, the problem was that there was no device to slow the doors down and they would crash shut .... loudly! We heard doors slamming shut throughout the night waking us up."

"They said free WiFi and there was no WiFi. They said safe box in the room and it didn’t work, towels were dingy and bed had stains and was old and rickety. I booked 9 nights yet only stayed one had to book another hotel and they refused a refund."

"Location is great, but sadly the property isnt being maintained. The pools were dirty and tye room had 2 outlets in the weirdest of spots. I will say the room cleaning crew is great."

"The whole 4 days of experience is wonderful. Good and friendly staffs, they are genuine and kind. Service is good. There was also activities at the pool for adults and kids. I didn't expect that the food will be that good. I also enjoyed the live acoustic performance. You will feell that Staffs are like family."

"Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean. Staffs were helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the seaweed overran the entire beach, which wasn't anyone's fault. It's a shame we weren't able to use the free kayaking or swim at the ocean. The swimming pool was a good substitute though. The road is horrendous though, so make sure you drive safely."

"The garden was beautiful. The shower felt like a spa. Everything was lovely. The staff was very knowledgeable. You do need more trash cans in the room but this dilemma is an easy fix. Loved our stay!"
