"I was disappointed as this is advertised as a beach front hotel. Tjis is on the beach however it isn't accessible, and the seaweed was a big issue this season which isn't the hotel's fault but it did impact the stay and any time at the beach was unpleasant because of the piles and smell. My main complaint is the constant hustling done by staff. It starts as a guise to ask about your stay and turns into are you interested in membership. This happened daily and multiple times a day. "Super great trip this is our third time staying at Margaritaville. Anthony and Erick in the buffet are awesome! They were so great and they remembered us from the last time we came. The service is always great. The property is very clean and my only two complaints are very minor. There’s no stairmaster in the gym and the sargassum. One I’m sure it doesn’t matter to 90% of vacationers and the other is just the ocean doing its thing. But even with those two very minor complaints I would still give...

"Water park is separate but there was always courtesy vans waiting to move you around. Pool outside our balcony was very cool to relax. Waiter at Pizzas restaurant was amazing and waiter at Bikini bottoms (Gustavo) I believe that was he’s name was excellent. Food at all the restaurants was delicious. Grandson(5yrs) had a blast at water park and pool. Highly recommend if You got lil ones."

"The property is truly beautiful, and the staff members are exceptionally friendly. However, the all-inclusive experience felt somewhat restricted due to the operating hours of the bars and restaurants. While there isn't any organized entertainment, you can certainly enjoy a great deal of peace and tranquility."

"Great location - steps from the beach and minutes from the main strip/restaurants etc. The unit was clean and just as advertised. The small pool was perfect for our young kids. The host was friendly and helpful - she provided beach chairs and toys upon request."

"Beautiful jungle hotel! Fernando is an excellent host along with attentive staff members. Food is excellent and location is easy to get to. The rooms are comfortable and detailed with perfect lighting. The living room and bedroom each has its own mini split AC. Bar on site as well. Very clean and safe! True gem to get away from it all."
