"The sargassum was terrible. The beach in pictures for royale are not the beach that is there. They just push to sell you a timeshare. Cater to members over non members. Property needs some maintenance which they seem to be doing some while we were there."

"Room was absolutely beautiful with picturesque views. Room was exactly as shown during booking. Property is very clean and quiet. Gali, Ramses and Adriana were always present to make sure my stay was comfortable. They were great to talk with and excellent resource to good food spots. I will definitely come back here."

"it has been a very disappointing experience with that property . First day, electricity power went off . We were told that this happen when you start the air conditioning with the clothing dryer. They asked to put the breakers back on. Then the air conditioning in one of the bedroom (where my daughter and her 2 girls were sleeping) wasn't working. They sent someone to fix it but they needed to replace one part which took two days to receive. Once the part was replaced, then the air conditioning...

"My stay at Playa Palms Beach Hotel was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and let me check in early. Alfredo checked me in and was extremely kind, giving me recommendations for food and helping me get acquainted with the area. The room and patio was comfortable and clean, housekeeping left adorable towel animals. "This a beautiful and serene property. The location is perfect for central activities and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. My only problem was the bathroom were we stayed, the shower headed wasn't working properly. The room was clean and spacious. "
