"this is a brand new hotel, everything are in mind condition.. beautiful space beautiful decor and very simple and minimalistic .. hotel is in a great location 1 block from 5th ave and 1 block from the ocean and the famous mamitas beach club.. staff was excellent , breakfast was good with some good choices .. pool is on the roof and has amazing views .. this is a small hotel maybe 30 rooms but exactly what you need if you are visiting g playa del carmen.. "Kids friendly and friendly staff. Pool, food and next to beach had a great time! We stayed there for 7 nights and the only issue is that my room phone was not working since the for day and it didn’t get fixed at all! This is great resort and if you plan to go there, plan to arrive by afternoon!"
