"This was my fourth time at this property. Three times were 20 plus years ago. This place is a shadow of its former self. The check in staff either were brand new or just plain lied about amenities that did not exist. No concierge person was ever at villas and when I asked people to make reservations at restaurants they never did. The ferry station, 5th avenue shopping and clubs! 2 nd was how clean and well maintained the property is. 3 rd was the staff very friendly and helpful. Love the bartenders at the Rooftop Bar! It was nice you could order food from there. The food and drinks were great! The taxi station was a nice amenity!"
