"The hotel offers absolutely stunning views, which were the highlight of our stay. However, the service was inconsistent. At times, we received excellent service, while other interactions were surprisingly disappointing. The property is also very large, which made it feel a bit overwhelming and less personal than we prefer. Overall, the beautiful scenery made the stay enjoyable, but the service and size of the resort were drawbacks for us."

"My overall experience at Hard Rock hotel Los Cabos was great! My family spent most of our time at the Lyric Pool where we were well taken care of my staff. Rueben was very attentive to my fish and but allergies and ensured my experience there was not forgotten. I appreciate his friendly smile and fast service."

"My phone line was disconnected during our stay so I had to come downstairs for service. When I requested toilet paper they told me to go back to my room and they would bring it but they did not so I had to come back down again and another staff member assisted me immediately. So some staff members provided better service than others."
