"Excellent location for visiting the Vatican and also good transport links for visiting Rome being close to bus stop and train station . We did walk to the Colosseum in an hour. Very friendly and helpful staff ! Very comfortable room and balcony ! The breakfast was excellent . We cannot praise this place enough ! "

"The property is very quiet and relatively close to everything, additionally the staff is very polite and friendly. It’s easy to access and they made it super convenient by allowing us to drop off our bags prior to check in. Would definitely stay again. Only problem I had was I wish the room was a bit colder. The AC has a limit and at times the room did not feel cool. Other than that excellent place to stay. "

Our host sent us list of Lots of good restaurants with affordable prices around the area . Bed comfort is very good it’d be better with an extra pillow for additional comfort . The mattress was exceptionally comfortable, with plenty of plush pillows and luxurious linens.
