The property was nice, but staff looked very annoyed on evening/night shift if you went to ask a question. The rooms were nice and roomy, but there wasn't even a recliner or anything to sit in. Best Western Rochester Hotel Mayo Clinic Area/St. Mary's
Very dirt carpets. Bathtub has been painted over and chipped. Both the toilet and tub drains do t work . Pool staff very rude. Breakfast is horrible. Beds are hard and they say a queen but are full size
