"The rooms are outdated, the bath tubs and air/heating unit had a terrible smell when it was turned on initially, but the front desk staff was wonderful."

"This property should not be advertised on Expedia. The room we were in had roaches. The air conditioner was not on upon arriving therefore the room was incredibly stuffy and too dinghy. The neighborhood was very shady and did not feel safe. Not a very nice place."

"We have stated here in the past and always love to come back when visit DC. My only negatives this time was the hotel seemed very busy and crowded and seemed a bit understaffed. Restaurant services was slow and servers inattentive; valet and check in also took sone time but staff very friendly. The bathroom also had a slight sewer odor from sink or toilet, not sure. The pool was very crowded so did not swim."

"Late night staff needs additional training. Housekeeping skipped cleaning, A/C issues for the entirety of the stay."

"AC was inadequate, limited control, wasn’t comfortable for sleeping, didn’t cool room well enough. Bed too soft, had a topper. A fan in the bedroom might have helped."

"Check in was easy. Parking easy. Room had a sink thar wouldnt drain, door had a gap between it and the frame and the beds the floor may have been more comfortable they where as hard as a rock. Plus is it had a fridge and microwave."

"Worst stay of our lives, felt extremely unsafe, lots of suspicious goings on all night. Very run down. All in all quite traumatic. Checked out early and as soon as possible. Pictures on expedia/hotel site bear no resemblance to the actual rooms, look at independent reviews. To be fair Expedia have followed up on our complaints. Do not book here is our advice."

"Very impressed with our stay. The hotel was clean and loved the suite layout. Breakfast was excellent with fresh omelletes being made. They have complimentary happy hour for guests in the evenings. Traders joe is next door and most places are accessible from the hotel."

"I asked that I needed to check out early, and if they can give me a voucher or something for my next stay. They said NO. I m a frequent Marriot client, at least something. In general not goof customer service."

"I booked two rooms, one was fine, the other had make up on sheets and towels, rug had french fries under bed area and not vacuumed. We arrived late and didn't mention until late the next day. Hotel only offered me a cert for coffee or drink. Hotel has trash left around from other guests."

"I liked how close it was to almost everything and everywhere I needed/wanted to go. The rooms were clean as well as the hotel itself. I would probably stay again unless I could find another in the same vicinity but with actual gratuitous amenities such as fresh coffee and continental breakfast. I didn't like that there was no complimentary breakfast/coffee offered. Not sure if the gym was an "amenity" since I didn't want to pay to use the treadmill. Where there actually an gratuitous...
