"We stayed for one night prior to cruise departure. The staff were helpful, friendly. All room and amenities spaces were clean and neat. When we thought that we'd left something behind, all email responses were quick and helpful. The hotel was within walking distance to food, activities, and the cruise ship pier."

"This is a bait and switch. The bait is the beautiful castle in the main picture but the rooms are actually located in a separate motel looking building. It is implied that the accommodation is in the castln, we were very disappointed that the castle is only for tricking us to go there. Dishonest! Gave three stars (that is very generous) because the grounds look nice (there is a beautiful castle 600ft / 200 meters away) and the breakfast was good."

"Overpriced 3 star hotel. Most expensive and worst hotel in a 15-day trip in Europe. It would be a very nice hotel for usd90 bucks or less. But it is totally overpriced."

"Plain room. Carpets definitely need to be steam cleaned. Very minimal amenities. Good for an overnight waiting on a flight, but would not recommend for a lengthy stay. The highlight was that the breakfast had a great assortment of foods and beverages."

"2018 sy stay cukup lama di marriot Rotterdam. Kondisi saat ini amat sangat jauh lebih buruk daripada tahun 2018. Petugas yg kurang ramah, kurang helpfull, perlengkapan yg kurang memadai di dalam ruangan dll"

"Im Allgemeinen ein gutes Hotel. Aber m.E. keine 4 Sterne. Unser Zimmer hatte viel Platz im Wohn- und Schlafbereich, aber war viel zu klein im Bad. Nur 2 Haken für Handtücher bei einem 4-Bettzimmer. Frühstücksbuffet war gut."

"This hotel is located with a tram stop outside and walking distance to the metro and inter city trains. It is a great location and only about four stops on the tram to Wilhameinapleim stop for the cruise terminal. It makes for easy and cheap transport on the tram and train using the OV chipkaart tap on and tap off card. The hotel is very comfortable with a very comprehensive complimentary breakfast. Staff are helpful and friendly."

"Comfortable clean room. Wish I’d booked 2 nights! Enjoyed the free entry to the bird park next door. The lady who checked me in was excellent and helped me plan my journey to Zegerplas the following morning (arranged bicycle rent). The restaurant staff were excellent and the food was great. The check-out team were very patient when I checked out a little late, then left something in the room."
