"We travelled as two couples & were lucky enough to stay in the King Rooms, following an upgrade! Which we greatly appreciated. Our third time here and we never regret booking. The staff are amazing the rooms were spotless (albeit a few mosquitoes arrived, but were soon dealt with once reported). They are renovating parts of the property, but no noise or inconvenience. "The overall property was great, including the staff (superb). The problem was the hot water was broken, and unless you asked, no one was going to say anything. As a paying customer, the staff should’ve been calling each and every occupant to let them know what was going on two out of my three nights or without hot water without any kind of a follow-up. "
