" Nous avons réservé deux nuits dans cette hôtel. L’hôtel est plutôt propre. Je n’ai rien remarqué de particulier sur la propreté de ce dernier hormis un cheveux dans la salle de bain. En parlant de la salle de bain, le toilette avait un soucis avec la chasse d’eau. Cette dernière une fois tirée continué de couler. Le mécanisme doit certainement être HS. Nous devions appuyer plusieurs fois afin d’enclencher le mécanisme correctement pour que l’eau arrête de couler continuellement. Par contre...

One issue for us - we may have been placed into an accessible room - the bathroom light was tied to the door of the bathroom opening - there was no way to control the light other than the door (I asked). "We arrived late at night due to our late flight. Checking in thru the machine was easy, but the problem was we were assigned a room but no door lock code was given. We called the after hours contact number and he was not able to help us with providing a door code. We had to drive 25mins to another B&B hotel to get a room to stay for the night. I feel bad for the other 2 groups who has the same problem as I but they could not leave the hotel due to their early flight in the morning."

"You should follow the driving instructions that the hotel will email to you. Google Maps will take you to the wrong side of the building, on a non-through street. They have a parking spot to unload your luggage, then overnight parking is in a nearby parking garage. The room on the park side was very spacious, with great views and a nice bathroom and shower. "

"We greatly enjoyed our stay. Room and bathroom were incredibly spacious, especially for a European hotel. Perfect location that was a few steps from great restaurants and shops. Spas were only a short walk away as well. Room was very cozy and felt like we stepped into a scene from “Beauty and the Beast.” Also loved that the room bath had tap water and the mineral water that you could use to draw your own thermal bath in your room. Shower head was a bit tricky to position so that water didn’t escape the tiny shower door while showering. Would stay here again and recommend it to others."
