"Beautiful hotel, rooms are really small but overall design and view still well worth the price! Will definitely be back. Having access to Level 8 was also a huge perk! Party all night long!! Great place to visit, but if you’re looking for quiet this is not the place. The music is going until 2am, so if you’re trying to have quiet sleep, not going to happen. I loved it because I was there to party!! Great drinks, great staff, and delicious food!"

"Second time staying here. Love it. Although the room seemed smaller and not a great view at all. I was in bldg 1 this time. 3rd floor. The noise from Tom's Watch bar was annoying. Especially in the morning. Blasting house music at 7:30am. But I called down to front desk and they took care of immediately. The staff here is wonderful. My only complaint is the valet parking. It's pretty expensive and when the hotel is busy you have to wait awhile for your car and it's a pain if you want to come and go throughout the day. I wish they had some other alternative. But other than that the hotel is fantastic."

"We ended up staying here unexpectedly after missing our connecting flight at LAX, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel was extremely convenient to the airport, and the shuttle made getting back and forth very easy. The room was clean and comfortable, but the front desk service really stood out. The woman who helped us was incredibly kind and understanding of our situation and even went above and beyond by complimentary upgrading us to a suite. After a stressful travel day, that kindness really made a difference. We really appreciated the hospitality and would definitely consider staying here again!"

"Fun for one night- beautiful ship rich with history. It’s a very busy place. Food was decent, rooms were historic and fun for a night-no heat or A/C and the walls are paper thin. They offer earplugs and you will need them. If you go in the fall, beware there is no handicap parking nearby and no EV charger as indicated due to the Halloween event that starts getting set up at Labor Day. I think that should be communicated somewhere. I spent a lot of time trying to arrange the right type of rooms (we needed 3) and paid extra for that but we all got the same basic rooms. I don’t think they honor room type requests. If you are particular about the room you get, I’d book direct."
