I booked a handicapped accessibility room, i got a room that was so small that no wheelchair could've fit and a tub that i as a prosthetic wearing person couldn't use due to its height and lack of shower chair. The tv didn't work and the bed was the most uncomfortable ive ever slept on in my 49 years of life and ive slept on the floor. "

"Some type of system issue that prevented them from giving out room keys at check in. Sue to the number of guests all checking in @ 3 pm it took 45 minutes waiting in line just to check in. I paid an increased rate for the room due to the event in town and they offered nothing more than an apology for the inconvenience of making us run late for the show"
