"Unser Aufenthalt im Best Western Astrid war sehr enttäuschend. Das Zimmer war ziemlich klein und veraltet; es gab zwar ein Alexa-Gerät, aber das konnte die grundlegenden Mängel nicht ausgleichen. "I am highly upset with this booking — both with this hotel and with Expedia for the false advertising. This property is nowhere near a 4‑star standard. The building is extremely old, and the layout is inconvenient, with floors separated by stairs that force you to drag your luggage up and down.
