"The location of the hotel was ideal, close to termini and metro and bus station. The room was clean, the staff was nice. The two issues that we faced were: 1- we barely had wifi connection because the signal was too weak. 2- the electrical plug-ins were barely working so we had trouble recharging our cell phones."

"I only wish the room was a bit bigger but I understand it's Europe and hotel rooms are generally tiny. We had 3 large suitcases and there was barely any room to move or sit without bumping into something or each other. Even the bathroom/shower area is incredibly small. Everything else was great. Great spa with a free voucher for the first visit. Free welcome drinks at the rooftop restaurant. Free minibar in the room with drinks and snacks. Great location."
