The room is clean, staff is friendly, breakfast is good, the location is great. One negative is that We felt tramor occasionally from subway or bus.

Hotel Artemide
Breakfast was amazing, staff bent over backwards for us. Tv wasn’t working one evening, called desk & a staff member knocked on our door 5min later, fixed our problem in 5 min…. US could learn a bit about service from you guys …. Thank you!

Cannot fault the cleanliness of the rooms The bathroom was nice and clean Location was great and central Easy to access property. However… They have a clear problem with the water pressure/temperature - it was cold at times with no pressure. Best time was the evening to shower when it was no issues ...
