If you’re just intending for a place to leave belongings, it was fine. If you want a clean/ slightly updated space, look elsewhere. Staff were pleasant but room was very old and dingy.

O hotel fica localizado na avenida principal de Prati.A avenida tem vários restaurantes,cafeterias e lojas de marcas italianas.Caminhamos por 10 minutos até o Vaticano.O metrô Otaviano que vai até vários pontos turísticos fica a 600 metros do hotel. Quando voltar a Roma pretendo me hospedar novamente no Flórida room. A experiência foi ótima

Although the room was cleaned daily, we noticed that the duvet was not placed inside a cover. When we woke up, we realized we had been sleeping directly with the duvet itself, which did not feel hygienic. Staff was bery kind.

This hotel is located in a wonderful old Italian building. It was a nice space and not cramped for 2 people. EXCELLENT customer service! The only challenge was a very small shower but it had great water pressure. It was very welcome after a long day of touring. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location, just a couple of minutes from the hospital we were seeing, restaurants and clothing stores everywhere, having 3 doors until you reach your room made us feel very safe and the stuffs was very nice. Only downside was that the AC was leaking but at least it worked really good so we really didn’t mind, great location to start our trip! Highly recommend and the price was also very fair :)

From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, friendly, and consistently helpful. The room and building were clean and maintained with a couple of exceptions. The main issue being the air-conditioning. We reported this immediately and again the staff was very helpful. The repairman was contacted and he came the next day to fix the unit. Unfortunately, by the time we returned to the room, a/c wasn't working again. We were without a/c until the last 2 nights there. The staff worked hard to do their part but we had to wait for parts to be ordered. Unfortunately we were miserable after walking all over Rome in 90° temps each day. The front door latch was faulty, just needed to be tightened up but the building was secure. Our sliding bathroom door was off the track causing us to squeeze through the opening each time we went in or out of the bathroom. This was fixed immediately when pointed out to the staff. All has been communicated to the staff and hopefully passed along to the person in charge. Otherwise very nice property in a safe neighborhood (very near the Vatican City and bus stop by the way).

A great budget hotel. Small but comfortable rooms. Our room seemed much better than pictures shown online. Shower was tiny but my husband and I didn’t mind as we are small people. Super close to the Vatican and a yummy gelato place. Only complaint was that it was very hard to find… the general location was easy but we were not informed we would need to ring the buzzer of “Boutique Hotels” to get inside. We were also asked to pay the nightly fee in cash and in Euros which would have been nice to have known beforehand.

Air con leaked and they did not fix Wifi out for periods of time Room had ripped quilt with no cover Broken items, no glasses, no kettle of coffeemaker Provided toiletries were old packets of supplies. Doors needed 4 keys, but door to the hotel room area was frequently open. No staff on direct duty as reception is 5 floors up and not fully covered. So security is very poor.

A tricky review to give since my trip was great, but sadly many of the amenities listed simply did not exist during my stay, which put a damper on things. No front desk, no actual breakfast options, wifi was nearly nonexistent, laundry was a hidden charge at check out, so on. The location is amazing and right in the middle of it all and the property manager was very helpful despite the overpromised amenities. Room was decent, bed and such was nice and clean. Walls were pretty thin, though, my only complaint, but otherwise they were fine. Hard to say if I'd be back but maybe...

Trevligt bemötande och hjälpsam personal. Svårt att hitta till hotellet då det inte var skyltat vid entrén. Ring värden så kommer de och hjälper. Uppfattade att personalen bemannade ett annat hotell högre upp i byggnaden. Men så snart man ringde personalen var de på plats på ett par minuter. Rummet var trångt och badrummet var litet och underhållet eftersatt. Vi hade märkliga pölar med vatten på golvet, möjligen kondens eller läckage. Trevligt område med närhet till butiker och lokala restauranger. Gångavstånd till de stora sevärdheterna.

Horrible experience, hard to find, the room smelt horrible like it was full of moisture, the roof had mould on it, the shower would flood very quickly and you have to step out and wait for the water to go down the drain before continuing. The air conditioning leaked as soon as it was turned on and ruined my passport. The worst part is when complaining to the staff about these issues they said they couldn’t do anything about it, no room relocation or refund or anything so we were stuck in this horrible hotel for 3 nights. The only positive was they booked us a taxi to get out

Perfectly located, but a possession was broken

Our stay in the Florida rooms was great with the exception that one of our items was broken to point of being unusable during a room cleaning. According to communications with the hotel staff, the cleaning crew and the hotel agreed to pay for the broken item. However, since leaving Rome, almost a month ago, communication with the Hotel has been non-existent. Unfortunately, the cost associate with the broken object is significant. Other than that, the place suited out needs. Perfectly located, walking distance to all of the main sites. The neighborhood is excellent, with plenty of food options within steps. If the hotel remedies our issue, I would be more than happy to change this rating to a 5 out of 5.
