L'emplacement de la location est excellent en olein Trastevere Un marché quotidien sur la pkace San Cosimato permet de faire des courses completes et pouvoir cuisiner dans l'appartement. Proche des grands sites de Rome a pied. Par contre il faut que le propriétaire vérifie la proprete de la vaisselle avent de relouer : plusieurs assiettes; verres, bojs et couverts etaient rangés sans avoir ete lavés. Par ailleurs j'ai beaucoup regretté le refus de la gestionnaire de nous autoriser a laisser pendant quelques heures (jusque 14h00) nos bagages car notre avion retour decollait en fin d'après-midi. On a dû porter nos bagages tout le matin et sur nos visites de l'après-midi : pas confortable et pas sympathique car nous avions fait cette demande prealablement lors de la commande en ligne renouvelée lors du check in et avions reçu un accord de principe. Dommage que ce manque d'empathie et de cordialité nous empêche de mettre une note maximale.

Appartement bien équipé et très bien situé. L'hôte était proactif et s'est assuré de nous accueillir. J'y retournerais sans aucune hésitation !

The location worked quite well for us, the apartment is large enough with most of the basic needs for a long stay, the advantage of a private apartment for your enjoyment. The facilities were well kept, except for an issue, I was charged 70 euros for cleaning; in general the place was cleaned, but in the entry way inside the apartment we found dust bunnies, maybe because there was construction, but nevertheless I was expecting to be cleaned, do not look under the beds or the sofa bed. the rest was good We could not used the microwave as we could not make it work, but the stove was fully operational as well as the other appliances Veronica was very attentive and helped us during our stay. I would say that for the future hopefully the elevator would be in place and working. The overall experience was very well, the location easy to access walking One final issue was the neighbor above our unit decided for 3 or 4 days to drag furniture after 10 pm and continue from time to time until 5 or 6 am the next day. We were quite tired, so in spite of that we slept well

Lovely modern apartment.

Excellent position overlooking San Cosimato square with the entrance on Via Luciano Manara. Clean modern apartment that has aircon in each bedroom and the living room, which they should really put in their listing on here as we had to check on other sites the apartment was listed on to check. You can even enjoy watching the outdoor cinema from the living room window!

Amazing apartment in a very beautiful and fun part of Rome. I would especially like to praise the girl who met us at the property to hand us the key, Maria. She was very helpful and accommodating. When we checked out, she did not mind going back to the apartment to see if we left our charger and she fetched it for us. She helped solve the misunderstanding we had regarding the airport transfer too. The apartment is specious, high ceilings, clean, with all the amenities. We appreciated a small extra bedroom for my teenager with a twin bed. The apartment is in the loveliest part of Rome, with abundant restaurants, bakeries, stores, gelato shops, etc. We’ll be back for sure!
