"The room wasn't exactly clean. More like it hadn't been used in a quite a while maybe. No microwave, the fridge and a/c were off. Had to request new pillow cases, as the ones that were there had some kind of sticky substance on it with what appeared to be dog hair. Staff immediately rectified the situation, and basically anything else I needed. I cleaned up what needed to be done in the room. The room was ample enough. I've stayed in worse. It's a little run down and could use renovating, but...
