"I asked for extra hangars and didn’t get them. Couldn’t get the tv to work, was told they’d stop by but didn’t. The towels were old, not fluffy. The bottom sheet kept pulling off. The solution used to clean the floors was sticky to bare feet. I would have appreciated coffee in the room so I didn’t have to get dressed to get it."

"The chaise lounge and desk chair had stains all over the fabric. The peephole was broken so my husband had to put tissue in the peephole. The water in the shower pressure was weak. The bathroom sink had a slow drain so the water took forever to go down. The microwave was broken. The best thing about the room was that it was on a high floor."

"It is a tad older but the staff was kind, breakfast was good and located in a great place; easily accessible. Arrived on Wednesday and left on Sat morning, would have been nice to have the trash emptied or fresh towels. Would book again though."

"They said they were under new ownership and renovating. Still no excuse to give us a room with no working shower and visible mold and debris littering the hallways. The property seemed very aged, very different than any photos... beds were OK, but bathroom was horrendous."

"En un viaje familiar La piscina estaba cerrada sin indicios de solucionar la situacion, los altededores sucios, el cuarto era para no fumadores, pero apestaba mucho a cigarrillo y en sus altededores personas fumando sin ninguna consideracion, no se sentia seguro el lugar, no habian empleados pendiente a nada solo en el check in. El desayuno le faltaba cocinarse adecuafamente los alimentos. No lo recomiendo para viaje en familia, tal vez para una persona que tenga q descansar de emergencia,...
