"Very nice, well maintained, very clean hotel. Breakfast was good. Breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms well maintained, clean and spacious. TV options were good, smart tv. Front desk staff were not too helpful, gave incorrect information regarding taxis. Location was 2 bus stops from train station with a less than 5 minute walk to the hotel. No one in the hotel to assist with luggage, had to carry up the main stairs to check in but had an elevator to your room."

"The gentleman that received us on our arrival was so helpful and approachable - he patiently answered all our questions which we had quite a few of. :-) Breakfast was wonderful, the room was very clean (!) and the hotel was just a few meters away from the Florence Duomo and some amazing restaurants and shops."

We reported the issue and were moved to another room, but the second room had the same problem. As a result, we were unable to sleep comfortably throughout the night. The front desk staff did try to help and came at midnight with insect spray, which we appreciated, but after spraying the room, we had to sleep with the strong...

"A beautiful hotel located approx 25 min walk from ponte vechio bridge. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Dogs are welcome. Breakfast was continental with plenty of choice. Pool area clean. 2 shaded areas about 6 sun beds were out when we were there plus deckchair type seats. You are given a towel to use by the pool on arrival.
