"Really nice hotel and we really enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful gardens / pool area, however our room was directly above a very noisy kitchen fan which started (and woke us up) before 6.30am and didn’t turn off until 9.30pm."

"Good breakfast. I did speak with property about solo travellers being stuck at the back of the dining room. Why cant we have as good a table as anyone else? I am an experienced traveller and dont like being treated any differently to anyone else!
Whole hotel and the grounds are georgeous though and I enjoyed my time there. My single room was nicely spacious."

"A relaxing feel runs through the hotel and out into the gardens. The view from the restaurant is beautiful. Herons love it too!
The staff were smiley and attentive, Our room was clean and the towels soft and fluffy. We made use of the spa facilities every day. The pool temperature was great for us."

"What a lovely hotel clean modern beautiful rooms great outdoor area with pool had a fab pimm’s at the bar. Excellent staff very helpful/ friendly amazing breakfast can not fault anything will stay again."

"Two night stay at the hotel and I’m grateful it wasn’t for longer.
The room was in poor condition. There were visible stains on the carpet and furniture, bedside lamps without bulbs, and the overall cleanliness was well below what you would expect. The towels and bathmat were dirty and soiled, and the shower curtain was filthy, which is completely unacceptable.
Basic amenities were also lacking. There was no bottled water, no toilet roll, and the toiletries were not filled up. There was also...
