"I have stayed at this property before in the past(2025). They are currently putting a huge addition on, so I get that there’s a lot of dust. But the tops of all the furniture were covered in dust. Clearly the housekeepers didn’t wipe anything down! Not to mention there wasn’t any parking. I hope that next year 2027, they are cleaner. I like the location from spooky nook."

"This is an unmanned, virtual front desk hotel. Property sends front door access code, room nimber, and room access code within 24-36 hours before check in. Main lobbies, hallways, and rooms were very clean. There were phone numbers available if you had any problems. Hotel was quiet, rooms had a fridge, microwaves, coffeemaker with assorted coffees and teas, blow dryer, plenty of towels, and beds were comfy. Would definitely stay there again."

"A positive, the hotel is new and clean. However, the service wasn’t good at all. To start there was coffee but no cups. 1st night the room wasn’t cleaned and I had to request clean towels from the front desk. Please keep in mind there was no signage stating that rooms aren’t cleaned daily. Second day, room wasn’t cleaned and towels were needed. No one was available at the front desk. I called the number posted for after hours needs. I spoke with Carlos and he said that he would be there within...

"The B&B was located in Lancaster and not Lititz like we thought but that was ok because we had already seen everything in Lititz. The owners were very nice. We enjoyed sitting and talking with them when we got there. Everything was so nice and the food was very good!"

"This delightful hotel is well-located, has ample parking and an excellent restaurant next door. It is in a restored brick factory building whose large wooden supports and high ceilings are a nice touch with very comfortable mattresses, cozy, high-quality bedding and a very nice breakfast buffet. The art in each room and on walls of the building is lovely and can be purchased. We plan to return in future to this memorable, well-run facility and dine at the special restaurant."
