"Staff was very cordial. Room was clean. Breakfast both days was very disappointing. It was not well stocked,and no kitchen staff readily accessible. Spoke to Front desk clerk who made efforts to remedy the situation."

Great breakfast, clean room, responsive staff. You won't go wrong here. The Legacy Museum is on in walking distance as well and the Riverwalk. Ideal for college student drop-off at ASU."

"The online pictures look very nice, and they do look like the pictures but once inside the room it is nasty feeling, looks like they haven’t been properly maintained for years. You can tell they are used as weekly and/or monthly rentals. Disappointing and deceiving !!!!"

"It was a good price and a safe place to sleep. The lobby and the room both smelled very musty like extremely musty. Every time the AC came on it smelled like mildew. But it was doable and it was the best price in the area and all we needed was a few hours sleep which we got. Check-in was easy and everything worked"

"I called ahead specifically to ask if they had a hot tub (not just a jetted tub) and was told yes. When we arrived, it turned out to be a single-seat jetted bathtub, not an actual hot tub. It also had an unpleasant smell. We chose not to stay and walked out, but were still charged for the full night. Very disappointing experience and not what was represented over the phone. I would not recommend."

"The property is very close to the interstate. The refrigerator is much bigger than your typical motel has. The room appeared clean but had a musty odor. There was a hole in the bathroom wall where the door handle had hit it a lot. The tv had no remote. The staff brought a couple to the room but were not the correct ones. I wasn’t watching much tv so I worked around it. The staff was friendly but didn’t always understand what I was telling them or asking about."
