"The cleaning staff at this hotel is top tier! From reception to check out we were treated so well. We were there for two nights during a major storm and enjoyed all the facilities from the impressive formal dining to casual food in the cafe/pub. We will definitely be back! Thank you "

"Most of the staff were very helpful. Unfortunately we got misinformed by a recently new member of reception. Instead of finding out the right information he told us the wrong information. Thankfully it worked out ok. An expensive error but could have been a bit worse. Josh in the bar was extremely helpful and friendly. His espresso martini was the best I have ever had. "

"Clean room, friendly staff. A bit outside of town so that we needed to drive to a pub. But it was fun staying in a castle. I would have liked to have some info in the room about the history of the building. Maybe it was in the room and I missed it?"
