"I love this hotel so much. The location is unbeatable.. close to EVERYTHING. The rooms are pretty big (compared to other NYC rooms), and designed so tastefully with very comfortable beds and linens. The views that are to die for.. I especially love the Hudson River view side. Love the restaurant/bar as well - highly recommend the salmon dish for dinner. The staff are all wonderful. I’ve stayed here twice, and I know I’ll be staying again for future trips! "

"Staff was fantastic, everyone was friendly and accommodating. Free bottled water in the lobby, also tea and coffee 24/7. Room is a bit dated, but they kept it clean and nothing was obviously just falling apart. Great experience and location, i loved my stay here."

"I had such a great stay at Arlo Midtown! The staff were absolutely amazing — so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel itself was very clean, trendy, and had such a fun, modern vibe. I loved the thoughtful little touches for Valentine’s Day and the extra activities they offered — it made the experience feel special and well curated. The location is unbeatable, close to everything and perfect for exploring the city. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
