"Just what is needed of a hotel steps from the airport south terminal. Very nice!"

"Third time staying here due to the positive previous experiences. The positive streak continued with a great room featuring a fantastic air-conditioning unit which kept me cool in the June heat. A wonderful workout ensued in their very well-equipped gym set up. This was followed by a powerful shower and I went to dine nearby. Had a great night's sleep before a well-cooked breakfast got my day started perfectly. Can't wait to come back."

"I liked the location near the motorway - it's a busy golf and leisure club. Car park was full. Very quiet location, rooms spacious but there's no air conditioning. Nice bar where you can get a drink or a snack. Breakfast was nice - service not quite on point"

"We stayed at the Rose & Crown in Tonbridge for one night while attending a party. Unfortunately, the room we were given (Room 47) was very disappointing. The room was shabby, with dirt on the floors and curtains that didn't properly cover the window. The tea and coffee facilities included two mismatched mugs, and both were dirty. The beds were also mismatched in size and had simply been pushed together, making for an uncomfortable night's sleep. The carpet felt warm and had a musty, unpleasant...

"The hotel corridor was very dark, the room was dark, couldnt see to put key card in. Lighting in the room was bad. No light over unit where tea and coffee facilities were. Had to use my phone to see some light switches."

"Just there as a stop over whilst we attended a wedding locally but, not at the hotel itself. Very nice, clean and spacious rooms. We did bring our swimming gear but, didn't make it to the pool. We had received a message beforehand about times etc., but maybe something in the room would have helped us to organise ourselves. Breakfast nice, bar food good and staff really friendly. "Room was clean and tidy on check-in but because it was very hot the room had no AC but they supplied a fan that did nothing to keep it cool. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The bar was well stocked and had all the drinks I needed. Breakfast was delicious and being a vegetarian the vegan full breakfast even included my favourite vegan black sausage. We had dinner in the restaurant which excellent and the waiting staff were attentive."

"Overall stay was okay, venue in itself was clean and well maintained. However there was no restaurant open due to a conference being held, only the bar was open with a limited menu. Food took over an hour to arrive and staff had to be reminded several times. On arrival food was cold and at that point not enjoyable for the overly expensive price."

"Reception staff was quite brusque and not at all friendly. Bar staff were excellent. Bar food menu is quite limited and I believe it's the same menu in the dining room (hearsay). To be fair it was just a place to sleep for 5 hours and I didn't see or experience any of the amenities."

"The staff was pretty pleasant when we arrived. The check-in was quick. I think the only issue that I really had is that one they don’t offer face towels. To wash your face. There was no refrigerator in the rooms and we had a special-needs child, nonverbal and we needed a refrigerator in the room. We had to utilize ice back to keep his food cold. It was a quick stay."

"Awesome, fun themed hotel with a generous breakfast buffet. Kids absolutely loved it. Minutes away from the airport. Unfortunately the shuttle didn’t seem to be reliable- not their fault, it’s an external company service and seems the drivers sometimes skip stops."
