"Do not stay here, not at all worth it. Ocean view was a tiny window next to the main street, no curtains in the window. Do not stay on the second floor, we were woken up by the cleaning staff at 8am Sunday yelling and running through the hallway for half hour or more. Shower is also horrible."

"The property is close to all the places to visit. The property was in excellent condition. The staff was very helpful and engaging. The breakfast was so good and prepared just for you….it was a gourmet breakfast. We enjoyed every evening watching the sunset over the water from the roof top terrace."

"Upon arrival I was told they had wrongly given away my room to another guest. Not a good start. Worse, they offered to correct it by asking the wrongful inhabitants to leave. That would not have been a good scene. Instead they showed me two less-desirable rooms. We had to settle. No apologies, no offer to compensate me for their mistake and the displacement, no outreach from the management to discuss. A pretty poorly run place that was a little dirty, unkept (rusting baseboard heaters is...

"I really enjoyed staying here, it really matches the charm of historic Newport (I assume this building is quite old). The bed was comfortable, the room was a reasonable size, and kept very clean. The breakfast was really good, actually it was nice that they had a table of food out basically all the time. The staff were friendly."

"Overall, our stay was great. The room and bathroom was clean. Room was a little smaller than anticipated and TV, while in a great location to the bed, did stick out a bit and could be an issue for someone over 5'5". The hallway in the upper level could use a little updating but not an issue to the room. We did not try the breakfast as we had to be at our race location before breakfast was served. I would stay again as it was in a good location. "
