"Good location and not far from downtown Newport. We appreciated the free shuttle that went between the hotel and downtown. The hotel was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, the parking is free, and there is a nice patio and bonfire area. We would definitely stay there again!"

"EVERYTHING that was advertised and what it looked like was far from reality. This place looked like an abandoned jail cell. The smell was atrocious. The room was dirty. I don’t care about how much I paid because I paid for expectation. $700 for a “king size living room” hotel space and ocean view?! I DID NOT EVEN GET THE OCEAN CIEW!!!! "Interesting place to stay! The estate really is beautiful, and my room was very spacious. The AC was a little wonky but otherwise no issues with anything in the room. Shower and tv worked fine. I saw some reviews saying guests couldn’t get in touch with the staff but they answered me pretty quickly when I contacted them. All in all a pretty enjoyable stay"

"Staff was super helpful, BUT my dog was barking when they were cleaning the rooms, he was barking, hearing the noise which is expected, and I got a text about it. It's supposed to be pet friendly and barking with noise in the hallway which I warmed the staff about already was my only gripe"

"Great boutique hotel! Located near the action by foot and rideshare. Very eclectic and comfortable room, great sheets. Daily breakfast was AMAZING! Thank you to Evelyn whose daily breakfast casseroles were delicious and added a great protein base, along with fruit/yogurt/oatmeal and other tidbits.
