"Breakfast was nothing new from any other hotel. Breakfast could use some improvement. Did not use laundry services. "

"Room was clean and quiet. Night desk guy, Seth, was great. Morning desk guy seemed too busy online to answer a question. Breakfast was generous and included fresh green chile! I like seeing these old places get a makeover, rather than building some new crap hotel. Sometimes a drive-in motel is exactly what's needed. Cool place! Could use a pool or hottub :)"

"Front desk staff often not well informed and there was attitude a couple times instead of courteousness. Cleaning staff making loud banging noises by letting hotel room doors slam shut. Unsafe curbs of uneven cement between hotel stairs and parking area. Rooms dark, poor lighting making it hard to see when packing. Otherwise it’s a nice place with beautiful decor and close to plaza. "

"The garage was always busy, the property was big and the two mornings we tried to have breakfast on the property the cafeteria was rented for a company’s congress. "

"Stayed for 2 nights. 2 adult's and 2 kids. We arrived early to enjoy the pool but was quickly disappointed. Hallways Had a weird smell, like a nursing home. The room was okay, it was very stuffy, had no ventilation, felt like you couldn't breathe. The restroom was disgusting. The toilet didn't look like it was cleaned and had yellow stains on it. I had complained to the front desk but was told he could refund our money and we could just leave. I thought he would at least offer to move us to a...

"I found the staff to be the rudest I have ever experienced at a hotel. None of them seemed to care about the customers. I arrived for check-in at 2:45 PM and was informed that I could check in early, but it would cost an additional $25 for the convenience. I checked the hotel’s website and the booking site, but there was no mention of this fee. Additionally, the place was rundown and in desperate need of updating. Overall, it was not worth the money."

"It is an architecturally unique structure. I can't speak for all the rooms, obviously, but my room (traveling alone) with a single king-size bed felt a bit cramped. The room consists of a "living room" with a couch for additional people to sleep (I guess), but the overall layout was a bit awkward to me. The bathroom was also relatively small. "This is actually the first hotel review I’ve ever written even though i travel 3-5 times a year—and I felt it was warranted. I travel often and usually stay at 4-star hotels or better, so I tend to have pretty high standards. This property exceeded expectations.
