"Location is okay room , front desk agent is not friendly, room cleaning svc was following good what’s my request"

"Good location. Nice and quiet, spacious room. Comfy bed, kitchenette is nice to have. No cable but has Google TV. Unfortunately though, no USB charging ports in suite so remember your cube! Snacks and coffee available but no milk or coffee mate for coffee. Gave same feedback about the little things to staff on site so might be different next time. Overall, excellent stay. Will stay again."

"Location was the only good part of this hotel. Stayed for two nights. Had the AC unit on, as soon as we turned it off a BUNCH of ants came out and crawled into my bag and clothes. Didn’t notice until we were leaving. Tons of homeless people around, parking across the road. Very run down “historic” hotel. The staff sprayed room spray every time we came out of the elevator. Bedding was ripped. Carpets stained and dingy. Microwave was SUPER outdated."

"The bed was comfy and the room was clen. We stayed in the unit with a private bathroom. We needed to ask for washcloths, but Jennifer brought them up right away. Street parking was tight, but we found a place each time. We would stay here again."

"It was a wonderful stay for my wife and son . We shared a bathroom and we got to use the kitchen upstairs and the laundry machine . It was a comfortable stay 😃they even had a welcoming chips and sodas and water . Marge the housekeeper was kind helpful !!! Wonderful employee!!!"

"The house and room were very clean, the neighborhood was also very nice and felt safe. I was very happy to have an A/C unit in my room. I felt safe as an alone traveler knowing my room lock was secure and I only knew the code to open it. I would stay here again. The only hiccup I had was not getting sent all of my check in details but was able to get in contact with someone quickly to help me out. "The property was very clean but we did have trouble with the cooling system and reaching a comfortable temperature for our preference. The host was extremely nice and quick to respond. We did need cream and sugar for our coffee, and perhaps more coffee had we had cream and sugar but the host did offer to reimburse us if we purchased any. "Immaculate accommodation on the edge of China Town. Apartment was quite small but had everything one would need. The bed was comfortable but the hid-a-bed was very uncomfortable. Also there is no parking in the building but there is a parkade across the road that cost $25 per day. The location is good with easy access to BC Place, Rogers Arena and easy walk to Gastown. I would not feel comfortable walking around the neighbourhood alone."
